The most common way to distribute your tv signal around your home is with a loft box. These boxes are usually located in your loft and can run from 2 to 16 points, they need a mains socket to work. There are also available a 6 and 8 way model which can be powered from another location, such as the living room. Another way to distribute signals is with a masthead amplifier, these can be from 1 way to 5 ways and can be split again on each feed, these are again powered from another location. Sky can be linked into your system to enable you to watch Sky from any room in your house and tv links can be purchased so you can operate the Sky box from these extra locations.
